Delivery Information

We ship internationally. All orders will be processed within 3 to 4 days and dispatched. Expected delivery time for Cyprus, Greece is 3 to 4 days and for Europe 5 to 7 days. Delivery times outside the European Union vary, but are expected to take up to 10 working days. Cancellations will be accepted as long as we receive your request within 24 hours. To cancel your order, inform us by using the contact form, which you can find under the “contact us” link. It is important to put “cancellation” in the subject line and a brief description of the reasons for cancelling your order. We aim to process refunds within 7 days.

Returns & Refunds

General Return Policy: You can return only new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund.
How can I change/cancel my order? : You can’t change your order once you have submitted it. In case you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet.

Privacy Policy

We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only.

Terms & Conditions

The goods offered by us may be ordered by you via the internet. A contract will be formed on acceptance by us of your order. If you choose to provide us with your email address you will receive communication of the details of your order by email. This confirmation acts only as a verification of order details and does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. Acceptance will take place upon receipt of payment.

Your card or Paypal account will be charged as soon as you submit your order. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.

Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct.

If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.
